Magpie learns private things about your household so that it can be useful. You should be able to read everything it holds, change it, and take it away, in plain language, without asking us first.

What Magpie reads
[Enumerate exactly: the shared family calendar (read-only), the household page you write, the messages you send it. Name each source and the access level. Say plainly what it is NOT connected to: email, files, photos, location.]
What Magpie remembers
[Distinguish the household page you can see and edit from anything held internally. State what is kept, for how long, and what triggers something being written down at all.]
Where it is stored
[Hosting location, encryption at rest and in transit, who at MagpieAI can access household data and under what circumstances, subprocessor list or link.]
Children
[A household assistant necessarily holds information about children. State whose account it is, that children are not users, what is held about them and why, and the applicable regime (COPPA, GDPR Art. 8, or other).]
Who else sees it
[Third parties and subprocessors: model providers, hosting, mapping, analytics, email. For each: what is sent, why, and whether it can be used for training. Answer the training question outright. People will come to this section looking for it.]
What we never do
[The commitments you are prepared to be held to. Selling data, advertising, and training on household content are the three worth naming outright if true.]
Your controls
[How to read everything held, correct it, export it, and delete it, including what happens to the household page and to backups on deletion, and how long that takes.]
Your rights
